About Jill Griffin

Trauma Specialist. Founder. Leadership Mentor.

Jill Griffin, LCSW, LADC, brings nearly two decades of experience in behavioral health to her work at the intersection of trauma treatment, leadership, and systems change. As a Certified EMDR therapist and founder of Inspire Recovery, Jill has built her career around one guiding belief: when individuals are empowered, systems evolve.

Her work spans clinical practice, executive leadership, and organizational consulting. From founding Inspire Recovery with six clients and no intention of building a group practice, to co-founding Waterview Behavioral Health, Jill has consistently challenged traditional models of care. She believes clinical excellence and accountability should coexist with humanity, clarity, and real conversation.

Today, Jill works directly with high-performing individuals, leaders, and organizations seeking depth, discretion, and meaningful progress. Whether through EMDR Intensives, consulting, or leadership coaching, her approach remains grounded, thoughtful, and unapologetically honest.

Where Clinical Expertise Meets Human Leadership

Jill’s perspective is shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience.

Fifteen years ago, she began her own recovery journey. That experience continues to inform how she practices, leads, and mentors today.

Recovery taught her the value of boundaries, personal responsibility, and resilience.

It reinforced the importance of saying what needs to be said, even when it is uncomfortable. These principles guide both her leadership and clinical work.

Jill is known for her directness, steadiness, and commitment to honest conversations.

She navigates complexity without losing sight of the human being at the center of the system. Her work prioritizes depth and long-term alignment over surface solutions.
